We start with a chat, collecting your history.

We explore what you are wanting to achieve from the sessions and together formulate a focus for each session.

On the table, I use a muscle test to talk to your body and utilise my abundant toolbox of techniques to clear what is stored in your body in relation to the issues, to facilitate you towards embodying choice, wholeness & resilience.

Online Kinesiology Sessions

1:1 online kinesiology sessions are held via a zoom link. It works similarly as the face-to-face session.

Couples & Group Sessions

A couple or group session is done face to face only, and are held at my Caulfield North clinic.

We have a chat about what that couple or group would like to achieve and any issues that are in the way of achieving that goal.

One person is on the table representing the group.

We formulate a goal about how the group wants to interrelate and utilise my abundant toolbox of techniques to clear what is in the way of the couple of group achieving this goal.

How much does a session cost?
  • Standard kinesiology 60 minutes session : $14o
  • Extended kinesiology 90 minutes session : $200
  • Extended kinesiology 120 minutes session : $280

*Please add $5 to price if paying by Paypal

Is it covered by private health insurance?

Kinesiology is currently NOT covered by the private health insurances in Australia. It was covered, up until about two years ago. We are currently under negotiations with the government and private health companies to reinstate cover. Updates will be provided as they are available.

How long does a session go for?
  • The kinesiology session goes for one hour (60 minutes).
  • If you need a session for specific lower back issues, it may be a 90 minutes session.
What do I wear to my kinesiology session?

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes so that you can move freely. Pants are more ideal than a dress or skirt. Sessions are conducted fully clothed, however you will be asked to remove your shoes.

What are your payment policies?

Face to face Sessions (Clinic)

For a first time client, you will need to pay before the session online, or in cash on the day.

For subsequent face to face sessions, you can pay via bank transfer or PayPal* via my online booking session, or cash on the day.

Online Sessions (Zoom)

Payments required via direct bank transfer or Paypal*, at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

For Australian residents, the preferred payment method is via direct bank transfer. Bank details will be provided upon booking your session.

*Payments via Paypal will incur a $5 transaction fee

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Cancellation Policy »

At least 24 hours notice is required for any changes to your appointment. Your notice allows me time to offer your slot to another client in need of care in my busy practice and will avoid a 50% late cancellation fee.

In continual cases of rescheduling / cancellations, I may request that the consultation fee is prepaid confirming your allocated time slot. This amount will be non-refundable and cannot be changed to another time.

I understand that daily life/challenges can complicate attending your appointment.

The kinesiology session – What to expect?

You will be lying on a massage table, where we will use manual muscle testing to discover which of a range of Kinesiology techniques would most benefit you in relation to your session goal. The techniques include methods to clear any related blockages. Kinesiology is an interactive practice, so you are encouraged to ask questions and be involved in your session as much as you like.
